Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook: How to Tell Your Story in a Noisy Social World

I've been a fan of Gary Vaynerchuk for the past two years. I thoroughly enjoy his YouTube content and between #AskGaryVee, DailyVee and some of the most insightful Keynote speeches, I have learned a lot about the importance of Social Media Marketing and about the dogged determination required to achieve our loftiest goals.
Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook (JJJRH) is more of the same but magnified. It's a detailed, step by step blueprint on how to go about succeeding at the game of Social. With great illustrations on how to approach each Media platform using native content for maximum impact, Gary Vaynerchuk presents the nitty-gritty tactics only alluded to in his videos.
So far JJRH has been a great read and inspiration. My one criticism as of right now is, most of the "marketing jargon" goes over my head. I would have appreciated a more lay approach so the uninitiated could just as easily follow Gary's points as the hardened Marketing veterans. I also wish the book went into how these strategies could apply to different professions like author but these are lazy complaints. As I'm sure Gary himself would point out, I can Google any term I don't understand and it's up to me to figure out how these principals apply to my chosen profession. Stop whining, the book can't be everything to everyone and put in the work!
I'll close by writing, this is a must read. Published in 2013 JJJRH is a little outdated. Vine has gone the way of the Dodo, the future of Snapchat is uncertain as it struggles to gain revenue and Twitter may end up alienating much of it's user base and outright killing any potential growth as it flirts with the idea of paid subscriptions. Still, the lessons of native content, giving value to your customers and always allowing for the Market to decide will be as true ten years from now as they are today.
